《上海市公园文明游园守则》
（2018版）
一、自觉遵守入园规定。售票公园凭门票或相关凭证入园。1.3米以下儿童和精神疾病患者应在监护人陪同下游园。自觉遵守公园出入口、园内设置的各类标识规定。遵守开闭园时间，闭园前应自觉离园。
二、自觉保持公园整洁。垃圾分类，不乱扔垃圾。不随地便溺。不随地吐痰、口香糖，不乱丢烟头。不在禁烟区吸烟。
三、共同爱护动植物。不践踏、攀折、损坏园内植物。不在树木上刻划。不擅自挖取野菜、树根、竹笋和种植土。不采摘花卉、果实、种子。不捕捉野生动物，不随意放生。不在公园水体中钓鱼捕虾（规定水域除外）。
四、共同爱护公共设施。不攀爬、涂写刻划、搬移、拆损园内座椅、亭廊、假山、雕塑和文物等公共设施。
五、自觉维护游园秩序。不随意卧躺。不赤膊游园。不翻越围墙和栅栏。不吵架斗殴。不随意圈划活动场地，不乞讨卖艺。不开展影响、伤害他人或阻塞交通的活动。不开展封建迷信、赌博及其他违法活动。开展健身、娱乐等活动，不干扰他人正常生活。未经许可，不携带动物入园，不使用大功率音响设备，不在园内及出入口进行设摊、张贴散发广告等经营活动。
六、共同维护游园安全。不进行燃放烟花爆竹、烧烤、宿营、放风筝和搭建帐篷等活动（规定场所除外）。不携带枪支弹药、管制刀具和易燃易爆物品以及其他危险品入园。不在公园水体中游泳嬉水。除老年人、残疾人、婴儿专用车和特种车辆外，各种车辆未经允许不得驶入园内，经允许入园车辆须在限定区域内按规定行驶。
不进行其他法律法规明文规定的公共场所禁止的活动，共建公园文明窗口。
Shanghai Parks Rules for Visitors
(2018)
I. Abide by park rules upon entering. Admission tickets or relevant vouchers are required to be presented at entrances for any park requiring tickets. Children under 1.3m and persons with mental disorders must be accompanied. All signals and rules at entrances and exits as well as on park property shall be observed. The opening and closing times shall be observed and visitors shall leave parks before closing time.
II. Keep parks tidy. Visitors shall dispose of litter and refuse in the provided proper trash containers. Please refrain from spitting or discarding chewing gum or cigarette butts in the park. littering cigarette ends and smoking in smoke-free zones are forbidden.
III. Protect animals and plants. Trampling on, breaking or damaging any plants in parks are prohibited. Scribbling on trees, digging wild vegetables, tree roots, bamboo shoots and planting soil, picking flowers, fruits or seeds, catching wild animals or freeing captive animals are prohibited. Fishing and shrimping are only allowed in park water areas where provisions have been made for this activity).
IV. Cherish public facilities. Climbing on, applying graffiti on, moving, taking apart or damaging benches, pavilions, rockeries, sculptures, relics or other public facilities in parks are forbidden.
V. Maintain order in parks. Lying down, sleeping in and visiting parks immodestly dressed are prohibited. Quarreling and fighting, circling activity spaces, begging or performing are prohibited. Visitors are forbidden to conduct any activity that is likely to influence and hurt others or block traffic. Any superstitious activities, gambling and other unlawful activities are prohibited. Visitors engaging in fitness or entertainment activities shall not disturb others. Pets are not allowed without express permission. High-power stereo systems are prohibited and any business activities such as vending stands and putting up or distributing advertisements whether on park property or at entrances and exits are also forbidden.
VI. Maintain park safety. Carrying firearms, explosives, flammables and other hazardous articles into the park is strictly prohibited. Setting off fireworks or firecrackers, barbecuing, camping or kite-flying is restricted to designated sites. Swimming in park waters is prohibited. Vehicles may only enter the park with a permit (except those used for special purposes, including vehicles or wheelchairs for the senior or the disabled, and baby carriages). Vehicles permitted on park property shall be driven only on designated areas or roads and must observe all safety rules.
Any other activities prohibited expressly by other laws and regulations for public places are also prohibited. Let’s work together in creating a civilized park environment.
